William Lonnie Cooper, son of the late William Floyd Cooper and Zada (Dillard) Cooper, was born October 4, 1934, in Oxford, Arkansas and departed this life on January 15, 2025, at National Health Care in Kennett, at the age of 90 years, 3 months and 11 days.

William married Alice Kibbe who preceded him in death.

Survivors include:

Two sons: Larry( Sharon) Cooper of  Jonesboro, Ar.

William Dewayne (Tracy) Cooper of Paragould, Ar.

Daughter: Rita Lannett Green (George) of Harlingen, Tx.

6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren

Stepdaughters: Belinda Stohldrier, Earnestine Jordan and Troylene Floyd

Other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Ruth Adams and Patsy Harmon

Visitation will be  12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 20, 2025 at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm Monday, with Rev Chris Maynard  and Jason Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
