Veda Jo Rowton, daughter of the late James Vaughn and Pearl (Bond) Vaughn, was born December 13, 1933 in Gobler, Missouri and departed this life on January 27, 2023 at the age of 89 years, 1 month and 14 days.

Survivors include:

Son: Danny Rowton

Two daughters: Jackie Lynn Hockaday and Marinda Ann Hess

Eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

Veda was preceded in death by her brother: James Vaughn and sister: Lou Davis.

Veda was of Kennett, Missouri and passed away at St. Francis Park Assisted Living in Kennett.

Memorial Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
