Travis Harold Galyean of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on November 30, 2025 at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro at the age of 84 years.

Travis served in the United States Army. He was a retired farmer known for his quick wit and talent for spinning a good story. He never met a stranger and loved being around people. His humor, charm and easygoing way made him a favorite in any crowd. He was also known as Big Daddy to many who loved him.

One of his greatest joys in life was following his grandson Garrett to his shooting events. He loved being there to cheer him on and took tremendous pride in every accomplishment.

He was the son of the late R.D. Galyean and Sadie (Sappington) Galyean, and the brother of Danny Galyean.

Travis is survived by one son, Grant Galyean and wife Tonya, and one grandson, Garrett Galyean.

In keeping with his wishes, no funeral service is being planned.
