Tommy Wilkins, son of the late Jack and Helen Evans Wilkins, was born on March 19, 1950 in Kennett, MO. He departed this life on October 29, 2022, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR. He was 72 years old.

Tommy retired from farming in 2017 after 47 years. He served on the Senath-Hornersville school board for 9 years. He was a member of Kennett First Baptist Church. Tommy enjoyed traveling, playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren.

Two daughters: Cara (Davy) Carter of Jonesboro, AR.

Amanda (Marty) Ezell of Paragould, AR.

One brother: Keith (Barbara) Wilkins of Brentwood, TN.

Five Grandchildren:  Jackson, John David and Anna Carter

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Lou Ann Wilkins and grandson Grant Ezell.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2022 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Pastor Steven Scherer officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Jason Chandler, T.J.Chandler, Matthew Chandler, Grant Galyean, Ryan Moore and Josh Lancaster. Honorary pallbearers: John Robertson, Morris Huffstutler, C.H. Young, Travis Galyean, Scott Hutchison, David Marler, Carroll Lomax, Al Purvis, Travis Cantrell and John Edmonston.

Memorials may be made to the Building By Faith Fund at Kennett First Baptist Church or your favorite charity.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
