Dillahunt
June 18, 1960 – February 12, 2024
Tim Dillahunt, son of the late Archie Dillahunt and Mary Dillahunt Baker, was born June 18, 1960 in Kennett, Missouri and passed away Tuesday, February 12, at the Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould, Arkansas at the age of 63 years.
Tim was a loving and kind father, brother, and uncle. He was a good friend to many, always willing to help those in need. Tim had the kindest heart and would do whatever it took to assist others.
Tim received his education from Southland Elementary School, Southland High School, and Black River Technical School. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for four years and the Army National Guard, demonstrating his dedication to his country. Throughout his life, Tim worked as an over-the-road truck driver for forty years. His commitment and hard work was evident in his career.
Tim enjoyed working on old cars, fishing, traveling to the beaches in Florida and visiting amusement parks. These hobbies brought him joy and relaxation.
Tim is survived by his son, Shawn Deboard of Paragould, sister, Teresa Gibson of Jonesboro, and brother Harvey Beasley of Cardwell.
He is also survived by his nephews, Josh and Justin Beasley, and nieces Kara Camp and Misty Bridger. Additionally he leaves behind five great nephews and three great nieces.
He also leaves behind two special friends, Tammy and Bill Davis of Paragould.
Tim was preceded in death by his mother Mary Dillahunt Baker and father, Archie Dillahunt and nephew, Matt Gibson.
His graveside service will be Friday, February 16, 2:30 PM at the Cardwell Cemetery in Cardwell, Missouri with Rev. Larry Bailey officiating.
The visitation will be Friday from 1:00 PM -2:00 PM at the McDaniel Chapel in Senath.
