Thomas was born April 13,1987 in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, to Robert J. Pagel and Laura (Firnstalh) Pagel.

Thomas was of Kennett, Missouri,  formerly of Wonewoc, Wi and passed away October 30, 2023, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tn.
