Thomas Earl DePriest, son of the late Margaret Evans, departed this life on April 9, 2026 at National Health Care in Kennett, at the age of 86 years, 6 months and 16 days.  Thomas married Reta DePriest in 1979 in Clarkton, Missouri, Reta preceded him in  death.

Son: Thomas Charles "Chuck" DePriest of Kennett

Daughter: Margaret Blecha of Kennett

Daughter in law: Melissa Elliott

Thomas was preceded in death by a step son Royal Elliott and  grandson Jacob Elliott.

Granddaughter: Meagan (Daniel) Richardson of Kennett

Three great grandchildren

Brother: Chester (Wanda) Sullivan of Greenway, Ar

Sisters: Ava Mae Evans and Debbie Kennard both of Paragould, Ar

Nephews: Jimmy Dale Evans and Jerry Paul Kinnard

Niece: Toni Renae Etheredge

Thomas served his country in the United States Navy.

There will be a Memorial Service Tuesday April 14 from 3:00 to 6:00

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett is in charge of the arrangements
