Terry Glenn Oxford, 71, of Senath, Missouri, passed away on April 12, 2026, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas, after a hard-fought battle with multiple illnesses.
He was born on August 30, 1954, in Bucoda, Missouri, to the late Mary "Peg" Taylor Oxford and Elbert Oxford.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Carolyn Mungle and Elizabeth "Libby" Bost; and three brothers, Gaylon Oxford, Bill Oxford, and Danny Oxford.
He is survived by his loving family, including his wife; Barbara Oxford, his sister, Alma Bowen; his brother, Jimmy Duke; and his five children, Karissa Conner, Terri Lynn (Shawn) Smith, Carl (Trish) Dewrock, Anthony (Edie) Dewrock, and Rachel (Ted) Nelson. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Christina Dewrock, Ciara (Zane) Marrow, Erika Oberhelman, Drake Nelson, Keola Rickman, Kenlee Dudley, Huxlee Conner, and Braxlee Cole; and seven great-grandchildren, Cadden Dewrock, Zeke Dewrock, JC Kuykendall, Brayson Marrow, Caine Marrow, Ella Oberhelman, and Caysen Marrow.
Terry dedicated 42 years of his life as a professional truck driver, traveling coast to coast across the United States. He took great pride in his work and the life he built on the open road.
In his free time, Terry enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was known for his sense of humor, his love of joking with others, and his deep compassion for both people and animals. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with funeral services at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath, Missouri with Rev. Doug Clinton officiating. Burial will follow in the Senath Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Zane Marrow, Gerald Kuykendall, Jim Carpenter, Don Horvath, Colton Dudley, and Ken Johnson.

Terry will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
