Obituary

Silas Ray Wilkerson, son of the late Charles Elvis Wilkerson and Elva Mae (Roberts) Wilkerson was born October 25,1936 in Fisk, Missouri and departed this life on June 5, 2021 at the age of 84 years, 7 months and 11 days. Silas married Alice Marie McCarty November 5, 1955. She preceded him in death on December 31, 2003. Silas married Norma Lea Wright on September 3, 2017.

Survivors include: Norma Wilkerson of Sheridan, Arkansas

Two sons: Michael Dale Wilkerson of Grady, Arkansas

Danny (Ginger) Wilkerson of Brandon, Florida

Three daughters: Cynthia Primm of Jonesboro, Arkansas

Vicky (Tim) Swindle of Bono, Arkansas

Tammy (Bobby) Carter of Holland, Michigan

Twenty seven grandchildren, sixty one great-grandchildren and fifteen great- great-grandchildren

One sister: Joyce Bridges of Benton, Arkansas

Bonus Children: Jimmy Leroux

Elaine (Gary) Mackin

Michelle (Nick) Nicholas

Other relatives and many friends.

Silas was preceded in death by one sister: Carolyn June Freeman and five brothers: Everett Lee, Joseph Lawrence, James Edward, Bernie Alonzo and Donnie Gene Wilkerson.

Silas Ray was of Sheridan, Arkansas formerly of Senath, Missouri.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM June 9, 2021 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend's Don Sheerin and Bo Sells officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Byne Hartwell, Jarred Wilkerson, Blake Mahan, Bo Sells, Brady Dobbs and Devin Wilkerson.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
