Shirley M. Skinner, age 87 of Kennett, Missouri passed away March 28, 2023 at Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.

Shirley, the daughter of the late Robert Burton and Annie Mae (Watkins) Burton, was born October 7, 1935 in Steele, Missouri.

Shirley was a beautician for many years in Kennett. She loved her church and the activities of church when she was able to go.

Seven Grandchildren: Terry Shawn Davis, Jamie Watson, Nathan Clark, Kayse Gilmore, Kristin Conder, Kelly Hotto and Megan Martin.

Ten Great grandchildren: Sara Keck, Jacob Davis, Colby Nelson, Kourtney Adams, Eddie Adams III, Aiden Clark, Austin Conder, Mia Conder, Addison Martin and Riley Martin.

Other relatives and many friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by her daughter Kathy Bugay and two sisters: Jeanie Payne and Ireta Jarred.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Reverend Jimmy Russell officiating. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Dakota Watson, Allen Adams, Larry Jarred, Barry Jarred, Jonathan Champion, Buford Barnett and Jerry Kinnard. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
