Sheila Rose Smith, daughter of the late Burl Stockton and Rachel "Ann" (Stockton) Bowen was born December 20, 1952 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on May 9, 2022 at the age of 69 years, 4 months and 19 days.

Survivors include:

Son: Jimmie (Diana) Davis

Two daughters: Terry (Greg) Hyde and  Amanda(Late husband Jason) Ward

Nine grandchildren: Anthony Hyde, Britney Hyde, Tyler Davis, Jimmie Davis, Jr., Landon Davis, Luke Davis, Kenneth Canday, Ashley Decker and Brandon Snider

Great grandchildren: Noah Tibbs, Jace Sipes, Maddux Hyde, Josh Decker, Chloe Decker and Logan Decker.

One sister: Brenda Anderson

Other relatives and friends.

Sheila was preceded in death by her brother, E.J. Stockton and sister: Katie Stockton, and late son-in-law: Jason Ward.

Sheila was of Pascola, Missouri and passed away at River Oaks Care Center in Steele, Missouri

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Johnny Bogle officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Tyler Davis, Jimmie Davis, Jr., Greg Hyde, Anthony Hyde, Gary Johns, Terry Davis and Honorary Jimmie Davis.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
