Sharon Edington, daughter of the late Horace Everett "Doc" and Mallie Marie Shields Mizell, was born September 26, 1946, in Paragould, Arkansas and passed away January 21, 2025, at her residence in Arbyrd, Missouri at the age of 78 years.

She married Nolan Edington May 5, 1967, in Cardwell, Missouri.  He preceded her in death July 16, 2020.

Sharon was a retired school teacher.

Survivors include:

One son:  Steven Edington of Paragould, Arkansas

One daughter:  Shanna Anderson of Cardwell, Missouri

Five grandchildren:  Aaron Edington, Tyler Edington, Melissa Harris, Jessica Boles and Lindsey Forbs

Three great-grandchildren:  Riley Forbs, Makayla Boles and Rowan Forbs.

Other relatives and many friends also survive.

A private graveside service will be held.
