Robert Lee Davis, son of the late Washington Dick Davis and Pearlie Mae (Herring) Davis was born January 6, 1933 in Booneville, Mississippi and departed this life on August 1, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Robert married Audrey Burks August 15, 1953, Audrey preceded him in death.

Three sons: Bobby (Tina) Davis of Kennett, Missouri

David Davis of Gideon, Missouri

Bruce Davis of Kennett, Missouri

Eight grandchildren: Molly Pritchard, Natalie Butler, Rebekah Davis, Scott Glennon Davis, Sarah Moody, Audra Davis, Tasha Davis and Nichole Knotts.

Five great grandchildren: Sophie, Layla, Landon, Ellajay and Crosston.

Other relatives and friends.

Robert was of Kennett, Missouri and passed away in Kennett. Robert was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Kennett, having served his country in the United States Army.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Funeral services will be 12:00 noon Wednesday, August 4,2021 at the McDaniel Chapel. Reverend Chris Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri at 2:00 PM.
