Rita (Hall) Scott Orr, daughter of the late J.T.Hall and Esther (Tabachnic Hall, was born September 2, 1943 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on April 19, 2013 at the age of 69 years. Rita married William Orr on April 19, 1993 in Kennett.
William preceded her in death on March 15, 2012.

Survivors include:
One son: Dr. Thomas Scott of San Diego, California

One brother: John Alan Hall of Kansas City, Missouri

one sister: Irene Frances Robinson and husband Tom of Santa Clarita, California

Nieces and Nephews: Theresa Nivon, Nathaniel Robinson, Lauren Nivon, Eliana Nivon and Sarsh Robinson. Other relatives and many friends.

Rita was retired from secretary to city clerk of Kennett.
Rita was a member of First Baptist Church in Kennett, Friends of Music Society, Beta Sigma Phi-Delta Omicron Chapter, Daughters of the Confederacy and Bootheel Shriners (Eastern Star).
