Rita Jane Lee, daughter of the late Frank Freeman and Rachel Imogene (Schrimsher) Freeman was born September 3, 1955 in Huntsville, Alabama and departed this life on September 15, 2021 at the age of 66 years. Rita married Ricky A. Lee October 9, 1971 in Rives, Missouri.

Survivors include:

Her Husband: Ricky Lee

Two sons: Allen (Laurie) Lee

Anthony (Brittany Wyrick) Lee

One daughter: Rachelle (Richie)  Ferrell

Eighteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren

Two sisters: Karen Freeman Varner and Pam Cunningham

Rita was preceded in death by two brothers: Leroy Freeman and Randy Freeman.

Rita passed away at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, Arkansas.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Reverend Johnny Bogle officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Dustin Ferrell, Dylan Ferrell, Justin Cunningham, Derek Cunningham, Clint Jones and Billy Fender.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
