Richard Eugene Jenkins, son of the late Orval Jenkins and Lula (Lipsey) Jenkins, was born July 14,1950 in Rives, Missouri and departed this life on February 6, 2025 at the age of 74 years, 6 months and 23 days at his home in Piggott, Arkansas. Richard married Ann Ward on September 22, 1972 in Kennett, Missouri.
Richard was retired from City Light and Water in Kennett where he was over the water treatment department.
Richard served his country in the United States Navy, having served time in the Vietnam War.

Two Sons: Scott (Heather) Noble of Hot Springs, Ar
Chris (Claire) of Piggott, Ar.
Daughter: Tiffany (Richie) Leeker of Kennett, Mo
Seven Grandchildren and ten great grandchildren
Two sisters: Billie Sue Parker of Malden
Belvie Jewell of Poplar Bluff
Other relatives and many friends
Richard was preceded in death in death by two brothers: Butch Jenkins and Cotton Jenkins
Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday, February 10, 2025 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Service will be Monday February 10th at 12:00 noon at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, with Reverend Harold Dunbar officiating. Burial will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
