George Michael "Mike" Gage Sr., age 64 of Kennett, Missouri passed away September 12, 2023, in Kennett,  Mike was born February 26, 1959, in Kennett, to the late Daniel Woodrow Gage and Mary Edith (Harper) Gage.  On April 17, 1976 in Kennett, Missouri, Mike married Peggy Wicker.

His wife: Peggy Gage of Kennett, Missouri

Son: Mike Gage, Jr (Beth) of Mountain Home, Arkansas

Daughter: Amanda (Trent) Landers of Malden

Three brothers: Jerry (Linda) Gage of Florida

Danny (Sandy) Gage of Columbia

Charlie (Billie) of Kennett

Sister:  Sherrye Goodrich of Jonesboro

Seven grandchildren

Other relatives and many friends.

Mike was preceded in death by four brothers: Gaylon, Lonnie, Ricky and Don Gage

Mike was a member of National Hot Rod Association.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Family and Friends will be speaking. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Mark Gage, Nick Goodrich, Robert Hershey, Carl McDaniel, Roy Ward and Bryan Norvell. Honorary pallbearers: Benny Childress, Landon Payne, Jacob Sawyer, and Mason Goodrich.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
