Michael R. Goodman, son of the late Harold and Dorothy (Hargrove) Goodman was born August 2, 1952 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life April 30, 2025 at the age of 72 years. Michael married Shirley Brown August 23, 1971 in Holcomb.

He is survived by:

His wife: Shirley Goodman of Campbell

Two  sons: David Goodman of Campbell

Bobby Goodman of Springfield

Eight grandchildren: Kylie, Kaitlynn, Karea, Harley, Angel, Jennifer, Mackenzie and Madison

Other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by  two sons: James Allen Goodman and Michael Keith Goodman and a great- grandchild: Parker

Visitation will be 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Monday, May 5, 2025 at McDaniel Funeral Service in Kennett. Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, May 5, 2025 at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett  with Pastor Tim Aden officiating.  Honored to serve as pallbearers: Adon, Brandon, Robert, Cameron, Kyle and Bobby. Burial in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
