Lula Belle Huffman, daughter of the late Ira and Trixie (Hill) Helton, was born March 11, 1936 in Dunklin County, Missouri and departed this life November 19, 2025 at the age of 89 years. Lula married James Huffman May 2, 1953. He preceded her in death June 26, 1977.

She is survived by:

One son: John Huffman of Armorel, Arkansas.

Two daughters: Vicki Morris (Ron) of Danville, Kentucky.

Cindy Jones (Gary) of Kennett, Missouri.

Five grandchildren: Sara Haskins (Dustin) of Medina, Tennessee, Kayley Bennett (Tyler) of Southaven, Mississippi, Dylan Morris (Lily) of Danville, Mandy Jackson (Matt) of Kennett, Jim Holmes (David Castillo) of Washington DC.

Six Great-grandchildren: Wilson & Rosemary Bennett, Liam & Lola Price, Peyton Gonzalez (Tegre) and Alex Fisher.

Two great-great grandchildren: Celeste & Ivy Gonzalez.

Other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by siblings: Glen Helton and Margaret Helton.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM Saturday, November 22, 2025 until service time at 1:00 PM at the First Church (UPC) in Kennett with Reverend Don Sheerin officiating. Burial in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett. Honored to serve as pallbearers are: Tyson Wallace, Lance Davis, Alex Fisher, Amador Luna, Chuy Mendoza and Chayse Laden.
