Loretta Furlow, daughter, of the late Raleigh Rudolph Laws and Mabel Cowgill Laws, was born June 11, 1946, in Rector, Arkansas and departed this life on November 2, 2025, at the age of 79 years, 4 months and 22 days. Loretta married Edgar Allan Furlow on May 9,1997 in Kennett, Missouri. Edgar preceded her in death in 2011.

Four Sons: Ivan Bostic and wife Sharon of Kennett

Calvin Bostic and wife Kate of Virginia

Damon Moore of Kennett

Jeremy Moore and wife Becky of Holcomb

Two sisters: Martha Kay Wright of Kennett

Mary Jo Samples (Tommy) of Kennett

Brother: Doyle Laws (Nancy) of Senath

Eight grandchildren and eleven great grand babies.

Other relatives and friends

Loretta was preceded in death by three sisters: Dorothy Brown, Barbara Bishop and Karen Pemberton and three brothers: Jerry, Rayburn and Roger Laws.

Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM at the McDaniel Chapel with Mr. Nolan Glover officiating.  Honored to serve as pallbearers: Calvin Bostic, Colton Bostic, Chad Howard, Cameron Chailland, Jesse Rohrer and Randy Howard. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Arkansas.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
