Kenneth Wayne Bechtel, age 70, of Holcomb, Missouri went to his eternal home on December 17, 2022. Kenneth was born April 1,1952 , in Kennett, Missouri, to the late Junior and Alice (Decker) Bechtel. Kenneth married Barbara Elder December 29, 1973 in Kennett, MO.

Kenny was of the Baptist faith and was always eager to help anyone in need. Kenny enjoyed drag racing and anything affiliated with automotives. He will be remembered for his kindness and competitive spirit.

His wife: Barbara Bechtel of the home.

Nephew: Clinton Wayne (Diane) Bechtel of Independence, MO.

Great nieces: Amanda Reine of Independence, MO. and Bobbie Honigfort of Troy, MO.

Two great-great nephews.

Many other nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents: Junior and Alice Bechtel, grandparents: Ed and Evelyn Bechtel, brother: Clint Bechtel, sister: Connie Beckham and Cuddles the dog.

Visitation will be 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the South Canaan General Baptist Church in Gibson, MO. Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the South Canaan General Baptist Church. Kim Hellebusch officiating. Burial will follow in Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton, MO.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
