Mary Katheryn Lentz Napier passed peacefully on January 8, 2024 at Culpepper Place Assisted Living Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi. She was 99 years, 5 months and 5 days old.

She was born on August 3, 1924 in Hayti, Missouri to John W and Lola Sales Lentz. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, JW Lentz, sister, Bernice Lentz, son, Ronnie Lee Napier and daughter, Barbara Napier Reed.

Mrs. Napier was a long time resident of Kennett, Missouri until moving to assisted living. She loved her home and was always busy with some craft or project. She loved shopping with her friends. She was always ready to feed you and was a wonderful cook. She was of the Baptist faith and always considered Bragg City Baptist Church as home. She enjoyed a lifelong relationship with the Lord.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her family. Sons, Ronald (Regina) Napier of Grover, Missouri, Terry Napier of Kennett, Missouri, daughter, Tammy (Ted) Napier Wilkerson  of Hernando, Mississippi.

10 grandchildren, Charlotte Reed Wagner, Lisa Reed Smith, Mark Reed, Jimmy Reed, Alex Napier, Jordan Napier, Ashley Napier Gaerke, Justin Napier, Zachary Wilkerson and Katelyn Wilkerson Means. 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. Reverend Ron Wilcoxson officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
