Karen Kay Loyd, daughter of the late J.D. Jeffries, Jr. and Juanita Honeycutt Jeffries,  was born  October 1, 1957 in Blytheville, Arkansas and departed this life on July 14, 2026 at the age of 66 years. Karen married Bill Loyd who preceded her in death.

Karen was of Kennett and was an LPN for many years.

Survivors include: Son: Sean Edward Jeffries

Brother: Lee Jeffries

Sister:  Rebecca Jeffries Mosley 

Several nieces and nephews

Karen was preceded in death by her brother: John Richardson and sister: Cynthia Leigh Killingsworth.
