Juanita Holt, daughter of the late Hillis and Lottie (Baker) Creed, was born September 09, 1928 in Senath, Missouri and passed away April 06, 2021 at the National Health Care in Kennett, Missouri at the age of 92 years.

Survivors include:

One son: Verlon Phelps and wife, Brenda of Kennett, MO

One daughter: Mary Lou Kirby and husband, Bill of Kennett, MO

5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Also survived by other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Margie Chandler and Veda Brewer.

Graveside service will be Friday, April 09, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, MO with Rev. Doug Clinton officiating.
