Joyce Dean Bost, daughter of the late Walter Wilson Carnett and Luella (Gillihan) Carnett, was born May 23, 1941 in West Plains, Arkansas and departed this life on November 23, 2022 at the age of 81 years. Joyce married Jerry Bost, who preceded her in death August 29, 2003.

Survivors include:

Two Sons: Ivan (Lori) Bost of Bartlett, Tennessee;

Jeffrey (Sandra) Bost of Attalla, Alabama;

Three grandchildren: Mackenzie (Jacob) Vaughn, Britney (Timothy) Belles and Keegan (Mary) Bost;

Two great grandchildren: Jo and Isla Vaughn;

Other relatives and many friends;

Joyce was preceded in death by her son: Kyle Bost;

Joyce was of Attalla, Alabama formerly of Kennett, Missouri.

Visitation will be be 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the McDaniel Chapel with Reverend Jim Pemberton officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.  Honored to serve as pallbearers: Timothy Belles, Keegan Bost, Jacob Vaughn, Charlie Brown, Edwin Bradley and Kevin Watts.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
