Jessie Dolores Dockins, of Branson, Missouri, formerly of Kennett, passed away August 31, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Sherwood, Arkansas. Jessie was born April 27,1935, in Kennett, Missouri to the late William F. Baker and Georgia Blankinship Baker.

Jessie married Ira Lee "Pete" Dockins, he preceded her in death in 1973.

Survivors include:

Son: Keith (Mildred Lea) Dockins of Paragould, Arkansas

Daughter: Kathy (Ron) Dockins Brisco of Harrison, Arkansas

Two grandchildren: Jessica (Aaron) Abernathy of Branson, Missouri

Karah (Aaron) Stalets of Omaha, Nebraska

Three Great-grandchildren: Quincy and Riley Stalets and Cadence Abernathy

Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jessie was preceded in death by four brothers: Charles David Baker, Billie A. Baker, George Baker and J.E. Baker and three sisters: Christine Sayfley, Mary Jane Steward and Ruth Ann Baker.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 3, 2023 at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, at McDaniel Chapel. Reverend Mark Harman officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Caruth.

The family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
