Jane Marie Restoff Lovins, daughter of the late Charles Joseph Restoff, Sr. and Patricia Robinett Restoff, was born February 5, 1952, in Belleville, Illinois and departed this life on November 14, 2025, at the  age 73 years 9 months and 9 days at Mercy Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Jane married Richard L. Lovins who preceded her in death. Jane was of Bragg City, Missouri.

Survivors include;

Two sons: Benjamin (Jessica) Lovins of Knobel, AR

Jay E. Lovins of Bragg City, MO

Ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren

Brother: Charles Restoff, Jr of Virginia

Sisters: Rosemary Restoff Farmer and Patricia Restoff

Jane was preceded in death by her son: Vincent Lovins, two brothers: Michael and Carl Restoff and sister: Rita Bell.

Family will have a Memorial Service at a later date
