Jamie Jadine Brock, daughter of the late Jerry Champlin and Jesondra (Gross) Champlin was born February 15,1967 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on November 27, 2020 at the age of 53 years 9 months and 12 days.

Memorial Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Larry Dugger officiating.
