James Edward Taylor, Jr. son of Alvin Haywood and Mary Ann (Henderson) Haywood was born September 27, 1964 in Summer, Mississippi and departed this life on February 13, 2021 at the age of 56 years.

His wife: Stephanie Taylor of Ft. Mill, South Carolina

Two sons: Jamison Taylor of Kennett, Missouri

James Alvin Taylor of South Carolina

Seven grandchildren

James was preceded in death by one brother: Anthony Paul Taylor.

James passed away February 13, 2021 at Providence Northeastern Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. James served his country in the United States Army.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 25, 2021 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Nate Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
