James Lee Miller, son of the late Billy R. Skaggs and Roberta (Miller) Skaggs was born October 23, 1965 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life on February 25, 2023 at the age of 58 years.

Nephew: Corey Skaggs

James was of Bragg City, Missouri and passed away at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
