Glenda Dee (Gladney) Jain, daughter of Scottie Gladney and Joyce (Tanner) Starnes was born December 3, 1960 in Memphis, Tennessee and departed this life on March 9, 2022 at the age of 61 years. Glenda married Dave Jain December 29, 1984 in Brighton, Tennessee.

Her Husband: Dave Jain of Kennett, Missouri

Two sons: Nicholas Jain of Kennett, Missouri

Jonathan Jain of Kennett, Missouri

Daughter: Lydia Jain of Orlando, Florida

Brother: Michael Gladney of Brighton, Tennessee

Glenda was of Brighton, Tennessee and was baptized May 13, 1973 in First Baptist Church in Brighton, Tennessee. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Adelphian Club and PEO Club.

Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2022 at the First United Methodist Church in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Mark Kailbourn officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Nicholas Jain, Jonathan Jain, Michael Gladney, Austin Gladney, Anuj Jain, Will Mobley, Joe Mobley and Dennis Pelts. Honorary pallbearers: John Fisher, Towny Sparks and Bob Holder.
