Geraldine Cora Rhodes, daughter of the late James Louis Ivy and Ada (Taylor) Ivy was born February 3, 1931 in Pocahontas, Arkansas and departed this life on January 4, 2021 at the age of 89 years 11 months and 1 day. Geraldine married William Rhodes September 15, 1948 in Deering, Missouri. William preceded her in death.

Survivors:

Two sons: Dennis (Janet) Rhodes of Enola, Arkansas

Scott Rhodes of Sherwood, Arkansas

Daughter: Robin (Harold) Bigham of Owensboro, Kentucky

Six grandchildren and five great grandchildren

One Brother: Bobby Ivy of Jonesboro, Arkansas

Sister: Louise Bernosky of Pottsville, Pennsylvania

Geraldine was preceded in death by her brother: Thomas Ivy and sister: Hilda Ellis

Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, January 8, 2021 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Graveside Services will be 2:30 PM Friday, January 8, 2021 in McGrew Cemetery in Senath, Missouri. Reverend Jim Davis officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
