Ganes Harlan Patterson, son of the late Floyd and Ruth (Wright) Patterson was born July 23, 1938 in Lutts, Tennessee and departed this life August 5, 2022 at the age of 84 years. Ganes married Carlene Scott August 31, 1957 in Desoto County, Mississippi. She preceded him in death May 11, 2006.

He is survived by:

Three daughters: Patricia (Charlie) Harris of Kennett.

Donna (Tim) Davis of White Oak, Missouri.

Kristie (Travis) Baugus of White Oak.

Three brothers: Jerry Patterson of Hornersville, Missouri.

Elton Patterson of Kennett, Missouri.

Donald Patterson of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Five sisters: Margie Davis of Kennett.

Gent McCrary of Dallas, Georgia.

Martha Scott of Acworth, Georgia.

Alene Putnam of Florence, Alabama.

Lorene Harris of Florence.

Five grandchildren: Jennifer Mosley, Summer Williams, Nathan Davis, Kassandra Walters, Austin Baugus and Courtney Harris.

Seven great-grandchildren.

Other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Paul Patterson, Herbert Patterson and one sister: Dorothy Worrell.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM-2:00 PM Monday, August 8, 2022 at McDaniel Funeral Service in Kennett. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, August 8, 2022 at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Reverend Harold Dunbar officiating. Burial in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett.
