Frank Leo Smallmon, son of the late Pleasant Smallmon and Mary Lee Clem Smallmon, was born January 22, 1935, in Bay, Arkansas.  He passed away January 2, 2026, at the age of 90 years, 11 months and 10 days.  Frank married Glenda Berry October 30, 1952, in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.  She preceded him in death August 30, 2019.

Survivors include:

2 Sons:  David Smallmon of Kennett, MO

Jeff (Tracy) Smallmon of Fairfield Bay, AR

1 Brother:  Paul Smallmon of Niles, MI

6 Grandchildren:  Shannon Pillow, Skylar White, Jeff Smallmon, Jr., April Yates, C.J. Smallmon and Joseph Staggs.

6 Great grandchildren:  Autumn Pillow, William Smallmon, Chloe White, Sebastian White, Tobey White and Annabelle Pillow.

Other relatives and many friends.

Mr. Smallmon was preceded in death by his daughter Joy Staggs and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday, January 8, 2026, at McDaniel Funeral Service in Kennett.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM in the McDaniel Chapel.  Reverend Jerry Jr. Smallmon will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.
