Forrest Kenton
Busch, Sr.
March 31, 1938 – November 11, 2023
.
Forrest Kenton Busch, Sr was born in Memphis, Tennessee on March 31, 1938. His mother, Anna Lee Brown and father, William Milford Nuckles lived in Clarkton, Missouri, where he grew up.
Forrest spent his last hours waiting to be with the Lord surrounded by his family he cherished: His wife, Jeanette, two sons, Kent and Harold and daughter, Shirley. His daughter-in-law, Janiece and loving grandson, Lynn were also with him.
Forrest and Jeanette met at the church in White Oak, Missouri, where his father was the preacher. They were married on October 25, 1956, and moved into a small apartment on Decater Street in Malden, Missouri. Soon he built his first of many houses and began raising his family.
Forrest's love for the Lord was first and foremost in his life. He was the prayer warrior in the family and loved and prayed for each one without ceasing. Holidays could not go by without everyone gathering to celebrate and spend time together.
Forrest lived a full life and loved it all. A deacon at his church, working with the Sheriff's department, volunteer fireman, a veteran, these were some of the things he did aside from his career as an insurance agent, real estate broker, general contractor as well as building a successful home rental company.
Forrest is survived by his wife, Jeanette Stacey; son, Dr. Forrest Kenton Busch, Jr. and his wife, Laura; son, Harold Lynn Busch, Sr. and his wife, Janiece; daughter, Shirley Barber.
Grandchildren: Brian Busch, Melissa Yeager and her husband, Mark; Sarah Barber-Claytor and her husband, Steven; Harold Lynn Busch, Jr., Gina Miller, Lamanda Lloyd.
Great grandchildren: Lucas Yeager, Weston Yeager, Gavin Busch, Christopher Summers, Jackie Summers, Alex Tibbs, Beth Tibbs Brewer.
Great Great grandchildren: Noah Tibbs, Daniel Tibbs, Baylee Tibbs, Presley Brewer, Emmett Brewer and Lynnie Brewer.
Two brothers: Connie Nuckles and Billy Nuckles.
The Family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and kindness during this time. As an expression of sympathy, the family would like any memorials sent to the Malden First Assembly of God church located at 929 North Madison Street, Malden, Missouri 62863.
