Ethel Rae White Waddell Foster was born to the late Odell Franklin White and the late Hazel Sisk White of Cardwell, MO on March 1, 1938.

She passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at her residence in Cardwell, Missouri at the age of 84 years.

Ethel was married to the late William T. Waddell on May 19 ^th 1956 in Tyronza, AR.

She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters, and an infant grandson, Bradley Lee Waddell.

Survivors include:

Two sons:  Troy Waddell, Jr (Pam) of Senath, MO

Gary Waddell of Cardwell, MO

Four daughters: Carolyn (Bill) Lancaster of Cardwell, MO

Debbie Tijerina  (Luis) of Raymondville, TX

Brenda Morales (Roy) of Cardwell, MO

Shirley Waddell of Kerman, CA

One sister:  Bethel Roberts of Paragould, AR

14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Ethel was a very loving lady.  Everyone that knew her loved her. She was always there to lend a helping hand to someone in need, or just if you needed a shoulder to cry on.  She was a woman who loved the Lord and wasn't afraid to let you know it.  She loved country and gospel music and dancing.  She loved her family so much.  She was a rock for them many times in their lives.  Ethel was the epitome of a selfless person.  She also had an entertaining side to her.  She plucked ducks for some of the hunters around Cardwell and her grandchildren were in awe of how fast "Grandma" could pluck those ducks.  The love she had for others will last far beyond her passing as she would want.

Her funeral will be Monday, November 14, 11:00 A.M. at the McDaniel Chapel in Senath with Brother Danny Hall officiating.  Burial will be in the Cardwell Cemetery.

The visitation will begin at 10:00 and continue until service time.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are her grandsons:  Luis Tijerina, Chad Morales, Matthew Tijerina, Rojelio Morales Waddell, Bill Lancaster, and Brian Lancaster.

Honorary pallbearers are grandsons:  Tyler Lancaster, Connor Lancaster, Tony Tijerina, Jake Tijerina, and Zander Lancaster.
