Dwight Lynn Beaver, was born December 5, 1953, in Gobler, Missouri, to his parents, the late Thomas Alvin Beaver and Lela Goodman Beaver.
Dwight graduated from Delta C-7 High school in 1970 and then entered St.Louis University Dental Assistant College, graduating in 1974.
Dwight enlisted in the US Army in 1975, where he served for 22 years and was honorably discharged. During his service he received several medals: Army Achievement Medal, Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces expeditionary Medal, Professional Development Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Overseas Service Ribbon.
Dwight passed away August 29, 2026 in Biloxi, Mississippi, at the age of 72 years, 8 months and 24 days.
Survivors include:
Two sisters: Glena (Terry) Scott of Gobler, Missouri
Ann Mann of Clinton, Arkansas
One brother: Tom Beaver
Many nieces and nephews that he cherished.
Dwight was preceded in death by four brothers: Daniel, Benny, Roger and Doug Beaver and his sister: Joyce Nicholson
Visitation will be 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett with Rev. Johnny Bogle officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Cody Beaver, Brad Case. Arlen Hobbs, Greg Akers, Brian Tatum and Jessie Beaver.
McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements
