Dorothy Mae St. Cin, age 89, of West Plains, Missouri formerly of Gideon, passed away April 9, 2023 at Ozark Health Medical Center in West Plains.

Dorothy was born May 12, 1933, in Gideon, to the late Nathan Akridge and Neva (Waddle) Akridge. Dorothy married Charles St. Cin, who preceded her in death January 23, 1995.

Jack (Gidgettea) St. Cin of Illinois and

Dennis St. Cin of Illinois:

Fifteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren:

Two brothers; Charles Akridge of West Plains and

Nathan (Ederlinda) Akridge of West Plains:

Two sisters: Lula Pogue of Piggott, AR and

Billie (Charlie) Gage of Kennett:

Other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2023 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Burial will follow in Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton.  Family will serve as pallbears.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
