Doris June Stonecipher, daughter of the late Ralph McDaniel and Beulah (Baccus) McDaniel was born November 10, 1928 in Neelyville, Missouri and departed this life on July 5, 2022 at the age of 93 years, 7 months and 25 days. Doris married John Stonecipher July 25, 1947. John preceded her in death.

Survivors include:

Granddaughter: Lori (Jamie) Laramore of Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Three great grandchildren: Katie Herndon, Luke and Grace Laramore

Many nieces and nephews

Doris and her husband John, lived in Poplar Bluff, Missouri for a short time. In the 1950's they moved to Holcomb, and they owned and operated Pine City gas station. Doris also helped her son, Allan with his coffee deliveries. She also owned a ceramic shop in her home in which people could come and create their own ceramic pieces.

Doris was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Kennett, Missouri

Doris was preceded in death by her son: Allan Stonecipher, three brothers: Billy McDaniel, Richard McDaniel and Donald McDaniel and four sisters: Ruby McDaniel, Dorothy Kinder, Wilma Thompson and Sue Doherty.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2022 at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2022 in the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Steve Moody officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the arrangements.
