Donald Ray Monday, son of the late Nathaniel Herschel Monday and Violet Gertrude Monday, was born February 23, 1939 in Arkansas and departed this life on May 24,2023 at the age of 84 years. Donald married Mary Katherine Reese who preceded him in death March 2013.

Survivors include:

Son: Richard Monday of Michigan;

Eight Grandchildren and six great grandchildren;

Two Brothers: James Monday of Oppelo, Arkansas;

Richard (Judy) Monday of Villa Ridge, Mo.;

Sister: Marjorie J. Coupal of Kennett,

Donald was preceded in death by his daughter: Patricia Monday and sister: Frieda Clements.

Donald was of Kennett and served his country in the United States Marines.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
