Dewey "Sonny" Ridings, son of the late J.R. and Dovie Goldsmith Ridings was born October 28, 1944 in Senath and passed away October 02, 2021 at his residence in Kennett, Missouri at the age of 76 years.

Survivors include:

Three daughters: Dana (Randal) Swink of Farmington, MO

Dena Robbins (Arthur) of Farmington, MO

Cindy (Chris) Jackson of Senath, MO

Two brothers:  Randal Ridings of Senath

Eddie Ridings of Senath, MO

6 Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Significant Other: Glenda Cook of Kennett, MO

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Johnny and Tony Ridings

Graveside service will be Saturday, October 09, 2021, 12:00 PM at the Senath Cemetery with Pastor Chuck Clark officiating. The visitation will begin at 10:30 AM at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath and continue until service time.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be: Eddie Evans, Terry Don Key, Jeff Singleton, Danny Williams, Scott Cook and Keith Milligan.

Honorary pallbearers:  Ronnie Morgan, Larry Sells, Sam Crawford,  Larry Gibson, Mark Henfling
