Dennis Wallace, son of the late R.F. Wallace and Imogene Dearing Wallace, was born January 27, 1948 and departed this life on May 4, 2026 at the age of 78 years 3 months and 7 days.  Dennis was of Kennett, Missouri

Children: Rhonda Wallace  of Kennett.

Denny and Becky  Wallace of Patterson, MO

  Stacy & Irma of Paragould, AR.

Life Partner and best friend: Brenda Ellis of Kennett, MO.

Grandchildren: Samantha & Jay Stark of Kennett, Devin Wallace of  Kennett, Lacey & Grant Bohl  of Patterson,  Jocelyn Jordan of Kennett, Harley, Autum,  Sarah, Jerek Joyner of Paragould

Chris, Sasha, Sasha, Little Bill of Patterson  and many more "kids" that he had adopted over the years.

24 Great grandchildren and great grand spider: Charlie, also his Fur Baby: Rosie

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife of 21 years, Angel Wallace and his baby sister: Cathy Jo Wallace.

Dennis enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandchildren, wrestling, riding motor cycles, fast cars,, car shows, His 1957  International Truck "Big Red", 1969 Chevelle, going to Senior Citizen Dances and eating lunch with all his friends  at the OAKS Nutrition Center  and most of all loved Being "SANTA". and spending time with Brenda kept at smile on his face.

Dennis over the years has worked for the Kennett Street Department, Kennett Compress, was a Graduate from St Charles Police Academy, served on the Kennett Police Department,  He was also owner of Wallace's  Body Shop, Auto Sales and  Motorcycle repair.

Dennis was a Bootheel Legend and will be missed by many!

Visitation will be 12:00 pm -2:00 pm Saturday, May 9 2026 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm at the McDaniel Chapel.. Danny Collins officiating. Honored to serve as pallbearers ;Devin Wallace, Jay Stark, Jerry Kinnard, Jason Smith, Harley Joyner  Grant Bohl, Mike Robertson and Danny Ruark, Honorary will be Big Bro. Shad. Burial will follow in Oak  Ridge Cemetery in Kennett.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett will be in charge of the arrangements.
