Denise Shawn Middleton, daughter of the late Joe Pippin and Joyce Frederick Pippin, was born November 14, 1959 in Kennett, Missouri and departed this life at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas on March 25, 2026 at the age of 66 years, 4 months and 11 days.

Denise married Alan Middleton who survives of the home in Kennett
