Darla Faye Patterson, daughter of the late Edwin Huffman and Leo (Brewer) Huffman was born September 5, 1950 in Hayti, Missouri and departed this life on January 5, 2021 at the age of 70 years. Darla married Jerry Patterson on July 12, 1968 in Braggadocia, Missouri.

Survivors include:
Her husband: Jerry Patterson of Hornersville, Missouri

Two sons: Jeff (Jo Beth) Patterson of Hornersville, Missouri

Jay Patterson of Kennett, Missouri

One daughter: Traci (Charley) Price of Kennett, Missouri

Four grandchildren: Conner, Gavin, Jaxon and Cooper

Two sisters: Peggy Bomar of Memphis, Tennessee

Linda Curbo of Olive Branch, Mississippi

Other relatives and many friends.

Darla was preceded in death by three brothers: Ed, Ray and David Huffman

Darla was of Hornersvillle, Missouri and passed away at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, January 8, 2021 at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, January 8, 2021 at the McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Reverend Paul Moore officiating. Honored to serve as pallbearers: Ryan Patterson, Chipper Houart, Stevie Worrell, Tim Davis, Larry Samples and Tommy Branch. Grandsons: Conner, Gavin, Jaxon and Cooper will serve as Honorary pallbearers. Burial will follow in Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.

McDaniel Funeral Service of Kennett, Missouri will be in charge of the services.
