Connie Kathelene McDaniel, daughter of the late Jess and Elsie Phillips, was born in 1949, in Kennett, Missouri. 

She was a resident of Heritage Nursing Home and passed away August 9, 2026, with her family by her side, at the age of 77.

Connie was preceded in death by all her brothers and sisters.  One brother especially (Jim Phillips) was her favorite.

Survivors include her son, Randy Wood, Granddaughter, Miranda Wood and 2 great granddaughters, Janie and Eleanor of Kennett, MO. As well as a special niece, Sue Jacques of Kansas.

At her request, there will be no services.

McDaniel Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Kennett are in charge of arrangements.
