Chuck Henson, 75, of Beaufort passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at his home.

Chuck, son of Utah Carl Henson and wife Emma Sleen (Clark) was born December 6, 1946 in Senath, Missouri.

On June 14, 1964 he was united in marriage to Betty Reynolds in Senath, Missouri.

Chuck worked at Chrysler as a Skilled Trades Mechanic and retired after thirty-one years.

As an avid hunter, trapper and fisherman he enjoyed the outdoors. He preferred using old time techniques such as building his own traps, game processing and preparation.

He loved country music, he would play guitar and sing his favorites.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Utah Carl and Emma Sleen Henson; one brother, Eddie Henson and three sisters, Carlotta McDaniel, Blythe Foster and Judy Weaver.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Henson of Beaufort; two daughters, Sam Wiseman and husband Billy of Beaufort and Charli Craven and husband Joe of Arnold; one sister, Kathy Coleman of Senath, MO; four grandchildren, Nina Wiseman, Alyx Trigg, Andrew Craven and wife MaDonna and Maysun Scout Craven; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January 15, 2021 at McDaniel Funeral Home in Senath.

Burial in the Lulu Cemetery in Senath.

In lieu of flowers memorial can be made in forms of plants, trees or planting of trees in the honor of Chuck or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF.
