Christopher John Barber, age 60, passed away July 27, 2025 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff. Christopher was born July 28, 1964 in Howe, Michigan, to the late Oscar Joseph Barber and Grace Marie (Rose) Barber.

Survivors include:

Son: Travis (Ann Cherie) Barber of Poplarville, Ms

Daughter: Chrishtie Annia Deray  Barber of Perkinsten, Ms

Three sisters:  Penny (Cruz) Rose of Memphis, Tn

Helen Burroughs (Mark) of Poplar Bluff, Mo

Julia (Homer) Flood of Kennett, Mo

Grandchild: Aidyn Barber

Three close friends: Tommy Rich, Roger King and Bill Harris

Christopher was a loving father and brother, loved fishing, was a good welder, enjoyed working on cars and never met a stranger.

A Family Directed Celebration of Life will be Thursday, July 31, 2025 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Poplar Bluff Chamber of Commerce  1111 West Pine Street in Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901.
