Cecil Lewis, son of the late Virgil "Doc" and Clara (Dean) Lewis was born January 8, 1938 in Marked Tree, Arkansas and departed this life October 16, 2021 at the age of 83 years. Cecil married Etta "Crickett" Skaggs. She preceded him in death January 26, 2016.

He is survived by:

Mary (Daniel) Rivera of Arbyrd, Missouri.

Cecilia (Brian) Smith of Paragould, Arkansas.

Pamela (Jimmy) Lewis of Senath

Jennifer (Don) Lewis of Franklin, Indiana.

Two brothers: Douglas "Dutchie" (Linda) Lewis, Sr.

V.W. Lewis of Heber Springs, Arkansas.

To sisters: Shirley (Jim) Barylski of St. Louis, Missouri.

Carolyn Diane Lewis of St. Louis.

Ten grandchildren and five great-children

Many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by one daughter: Theresa Winchester, granddaughter: Abby Barr

Brothers: Virgil William Lewis and Bobby Joe Lewis.

Sisters: Dorothy Barton, Louise Bennett and Ann Cook.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at McDaniel Funeral Service in Senath. Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at McDaniel Chapel in Senath with Reverend Paul Starnes officiating. Burial in the Senath Cemetery in Senath. Pallbearers will be Matthew Rivero, Graden Lewis, Blaze (Mears) Lewis, Michael Bennett, Johnny Coleman and Kenney Beights. Honorary pallbearers are Keith Morgan and Loretta Brotherton.
