C.D. Burr, 91, of White Oak, died August 15, 2016 at Twin Rivers Hospital. C.D. was born to the late Clint and Ruby (Dunkin) Burr February 19, 1925 in Poughkeepsie, Arkansas. He married Mildred (Miller) Burr who preceded him in death.

C.D. is survived by three sons: Danny (Diane) Burr of Senath, Missouri

Lenny (Yolanda) Burr of Kennett, Missouri

Bruce (Joanna) Burr of Kennett, Missouri

Three daughters: Mary Burr of Evanston, Indiana

Celia Burr of Holcomb, Missouri

Connie (Byron) Layne of Searcy, Arkansas

Two sisters Sue Huggins of Paragould, Arkansas

Joan Farris of Monette, Arkansas

Long Time Friend Carolyn Edwards of White Oak, Missouri

Eleven grandchildren April Burr, Lance Burr, Shane Burr, Derrick Burr, Derrick Burr, Tara Burr, Gregg Burr, Michael Davidson, Billy Miller, Christopher Miller and Dustin Miller, many great grandchildren.

C.D is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mildred, two sons Dennis Burr and Gary Miller, three brothers Lavon Burr, Eugene Burr, Jack Burr, three sisters Sandy Burr, Dana Burr and Kay Burr.

Services will be 1 PM Wednesday, August 17 in the McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jonny Bogle officiating, burial will follow in the Gregory Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 11 AM and will go until service time.
