Buford Melton Renfroe, age 82, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021, at St. Louis University Hospital.

He was born on November 13, 1938 in Kennett, MO, to Gladys (Hobbs) and Lloyd Renfroe.

He was formerly married to Helen (Campbell) Allen. She survives.

Also surviving are his son, Brian Renfroe, daughter-in-law, Paula Kovanic-Renfroe, grandchildren, Andrew Renfroe and Emily Renfroe, great-grandson, Presten Thomas, sister, Linda Short, niece, Mariah Graham and husband, Bob, along with their three daughters, Allison, MaKenna and Katelyn, and step-son, Paul Goblish.

He graduated from Kennett, MO High School and Arkansas State.

He retired after 37 years from the State of Missouri.

He enjoyed fishing, golfing and attending his high school reunions.

He was predeceased by his parents.

Visitation will be Tuesday 12 -1 PM at the funeral home in Kennett.

Friends are welcome to attend the graveside services, which will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Hobbs Chapel Cemetery, 15243 County Road 495, Dudley, MO, 63936
